Privacy Policy — Label Printer

Label Printer ("the App") is a Shopify app that generates printable barcode/label PDFs from your store's products. This policy explains what data the App accesses and stores.

Data we access

• Store information: your shop domain and an access token, used to authenticate with Shopify's Admin API.
• Product & inventory data: product titles, variants, SKUs, barcodes, prices and inventory levels. This is read on demand to build your label PDFs and is not stored on our servers after the PDF is generated.

Data we store

Only your Shopify session (shop domain + access token), kept in our database so the App stays installed and authenticated. We do not store product data, label files, or any customer personal information.

Customer data

The App does not collect, process, or store any of your customers' personal data.

Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is transmitted only between your store, Shopify, and the App to provide its function.

Data retention & deletion

Session data is deleted when you uninstall the App. In line with Shopify's GDPR requirements, we honor the shop/redact, customers/redact and customers/data_request webhooks. Since we store no customer data, redaction requests are acknowledged with nothing to delete.

Hosting

The App runs on Fly.io with a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon), hosted in the European Union.
